Overview

Support health systems strengthening in Lesotho through data analysis and program management.

You have:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, International Development, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in health systems, health financing, monitoring and evaluation, program management, or data analysis in the public or private sector
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modelling)
Experience collecting, managing, and analyzing large datasets from health information systems or government data sources
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality analytical outputs under tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing technical reports, presentations, and data summaries
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated commitment to global health and experience working in resource-limited settings
Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Sesotho strongly preferred
Experience working with the Government of Lesotho, Lesotho health system, or Southern African health systems highly desirable
Willingness to travel within Lesotho, up to 20% of the time
