Overview
Develop and implement partnership strategies with foundations in Europe.
You have:
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Großspenden-Fundraising für gemeinnützige Organisationen.
- Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Akquise und Entwicklung von langfristigen Partnerschaften mit einem jährlichen Fördervolumen im sechs- bis siebenstelligen Bereich.
- Exzellente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Erfahrung, überzeugende Präsentationen, Vorschläge und Berichte zu erstellen.
- Das Verständnis der internen Prozesse, die für den Aufbau effektiver Beziehungen zu Stiftungen erforderlich sind.
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum Netzwerken und die Organisation nach außen zu vertreten.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-C2 Niveau.
- Kenntnisse der folgenden Sprachen wären von entscheidendem Vorteil: Niederländisch, Französisch und/oder Schwedisch.
- CRM-Erfahrung – Salesforce bevorzugt.
