Overview
Assist in the effective implementation of sustainable reintegration activities for returnees.
You have:
- Diplôme de licence en Droit ou en sciences sociales, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Expérience prouvée dans le domaine de la protection des populations vulnérables ou marginalisées.
- Savoir conduire une moto et avoir un permis de conduire valide de catégorie A.
- Expérience précédente en monitoring de protection, en évaluation des besoins et en diffusion des informations sur l'accès aux services.
- Compréhension et respect des principes de confidentialité et du respect pour les bénéficiaires.
- Aptitude au travail en équipe et être autonome.
- Volonté d'apprendre et facultés d'adaptation.
- Capacité à gérer des tâches multiples, dans un environnement difficile.
- Expérience de travail avec les communautés à la base, particulièrement dans les zones rurales.
- Capacités d'écoute, de communication et travail en équipe.
- Maîtrise de l'outil informatique surtout MS Word, Excel, Outlook et Power Point.
- Capacité de parler et écrire français requise.
- Engagement à respecter et à mettre en pratique les politiques de Sauvegarde d'IRC.
