OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

L'objectif de ce programme estd'apporter un appui technique aux responsables et membres du personnel afin deleur permettre d'exercer pleinement leurs responsabilites dans l'environnementdu GSM et de garantir la conformite aux politiques, procedures, regles etreglements dans toutes les transactions ou pour toutes les questionsadministratives et financieres dans le contexte d'un systeme de planificationdes ressources institutionnelles (ERP).

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  1. Coordonner l'installation et la maintenance del'ensemble du materiel et des logiciels TIC, selon les normes en matiere de TIC; 2. Assurer la continuite et l'efficacite des services TICau niveau du bureau ; 3. Installer et appuyer les systemes de communicationLAN/WAN et de donnees selon les normes en matiere de TIC 4. Assurer la maintenance, le depannage et la reparationdu materiel TIC ;5. Effectuer une sauvegarde quotidienne sur serveur desfichiers de donnees ;6. Mettre en place et maintenir des procedures de repriseapres sinistre ;7. Mettre en place et maintenir la securite del'infrastructure TIC (protection contre le piratage et les virus, protectioncontre les coupures de courant, protection contre les incendies, etc. ;8. Maintenir un inventaire du materiel et des logicielsTIC ;9. Administrer des logiciels et les mises a jour ;10. Assurer la liaison avec d'autres agences des NationsUnies et les partenaires exterieurs sur les questions relatives aux TIC ;11. Fournir et actualiser une documentation technique surl'ensemble des activites liees aux TIC ;12. Produire un rapport d'activites mensuel ;13. Fournir une formation/assistance interne au personnelsur l'utilisation du materiel et des programmes (logiciels) informatiques(accessoires d'ordinateurs) ;14. Aider a la conception et a la mise en œuvred'applications de bases de donnees et autres programmes informatiques ;15. Effectuer d'autres taches connexes qui peuvent etreattribuees par le responsable du cluster, le charge des Operations ou leRepresentant de l'OMS-Guinee.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Cycle secondaire complet, de preference complete par des etudes techniques ou universitaires dans le domaine des systemes informatiques ou de technologies de l'information. Desirable: Un diplome de premier cycle en informatique, telecommunications ou dans un domaine connexe serait un atout.

Experience

Essential: Au moins huit (8) ans d'experience dans l'administration d'infrastructures de technologies l'information et de la telecommunication avec quelques annees d'experience a des niveaux de responsabilite croissante en gestion des LAN Desirable: Une experience pratique dans les Institutions internationales, celles des Nations Unies serait un atout.

Skills

Bonne connaissance des reseaux LAN et TCP/IP et XP Professionnel,Windows 2007/2010 server ;Bonne connaissance de l'administration des systemes de messagerie electronique (serveur d'exchange, Outlook);Bonne connaissance de la securite informatique, y compris la protection par les pares-feux et les anti-virus;Bonne connaissance des procedures de sauvegarde des donnees et de reprise apres sinistre;Bonne connaissance de la programmation des bases de donnees avec Visual Basic;Bonne connaissance de l'administration des systemes de telecommunication y compris PBX; Capacite a analyser les problemes de depannage, a assurer l'utilisation effective des ressources et a rediger les documents techniques.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at GNF 173,878,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
