Overview

Assist in the digital sending of certificates to participants

You have:

2 volunteers needed for digital sending of certificates.
Availability of 6-10 hours per week for 2 weeks.
Candidate should be meticulous with details.
Knowledge of Nitro PDF is required.
Candidate can be a student in their last levels of study.

UNODC requiere dos voluntarios/as en línea para realizar el envió personalizado de certificados de una serie de capacitaciones on line sobre las herramientas del programa Educación para la Justicia son cerca de 150 participantes por lo que solicitamos 2 voluntarios/as en línea para esta tarea. El voluntario tendrá acceso a un correo genérico a través del cual realizar el envió de los certificados a los participantes. Dentro de esta tarea esta el agrupar los certificados que están en varios archivos consolidando uno por participante.

UNODC implementa el programa global de Doha cuyo componente de "Educación para la Justicia" consiste en la difusión de material pedagógico para docentes y estudiantes en temas como: prevención de ciberdelitos, ciberbullying, sexting etc. En este contexto, en Ecuador se realizaron varios talleres con fundaciones y se requiere apoyo para el envío digital de certificados a cada uno de los participantes.

El voluntario/a en línea puede ser un estudiante de los últimos niveles de su carrera, debe ser meticuloso en los detalles y tener conocimiento de nitro pdf.
