You have:
- Bachillerato (High School Diploma) is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in microfinance is preferred.
- Recent experience in group credit is indispensable.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and excellent verbal skills.
- Ability to work proactively and dynamically.
