Overview
Support the implementation of anti-trafficking programming including direct services, outreach, and training.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Social Work, International Relations, Human Rights, Criminal Justice or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
- Four years of relevant professional experience, with progressive responsibility.
- Experience working with survivors of trafficking, immigrants, or other vulnerable populations.
- Demonstrated experience in grant administration and staff supervision.
- Strong skills in partnership development, public speaking, and professional representation; ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and partners.
- In-depth knowledge of the Anti-Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), its associated regulations, and relevant trafficking-related policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
