Support effective implementation of TB project activities through M&E practices.
You have:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Science, Engineering, Management, Public Health or related field
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience in analytics, research, or M&E
- Demonstrated ability to work with government administrative data systems; experience extracting, restructuring, and analysing data from Nikshay or similar platforms preferred
- Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot semi-automated data workflows; comfort with tools such as Excel-based pipelines, Survey CTO/KoboToolbox, or low-code automation environments
- Experience designing qualitative data collection tools and producing analytic summaries from field interviews or dipstick enquiries
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data for a diverse audience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 30% of their time) within the programme state
- Preference given to candidates with prior experience in government stakeholder management
