You have:

  • Master in IT, engineering or related fields is required.
  • 7 years of experience in IT related fields are required.
  • Experience of work with the eRegistrations system is desirable.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required.

The consultant’s outputs will contribute to the improvement of services provided through the eRegistrations system and offer a seamless experience to the users.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the project coordinator, in the context of the implementation of online business registration systems based on the eRegistrations system, in close coordination with national and international experts, the consultant will be entrusted with the following tasks: 1. Integrate SMS sending service into the eRegistrations platform ; the service should have elevated level of authorization. 2. Import catalogs to the Business Process Analyzer (BPA) parts of the eRegistrations systems together with 3 levels of subcatalogs. Participate in the data migration activities with the following tasks: 3. Extract data from the existing registry systems using appropriate tools and scripts while maintaining data integrity and security. 4. Convert and normalize data formats to meet the specifications of the new registry, ensuring consistency across all fields. 5. Perform the data migration using an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to load the cleansed and transformed data into the new registry. 6. Conduct rigorous validation and testing post-migration, including data reconciliation to ensure that all records have been accurately transferred and meet the expected quality standard. The consultant will document the migration process for its use in other eRegistrations system’s user-countries and will brief peer international experts about it.

Qualifications/special skills

Academic Qualifications: Master in IT, engineering or related fields is required. Experience: 7 years of experience in IT related fields are required. Experience of work with the eRegistrations system is desirable.
