Under the supervision and guidance of the Administrative Officer, the Administrative Associate is responsible for executing a broad variety of procedural and specialized administrative tasks for the respective section requiring in-depth knowledge of UNICEF administrative procedures, processes and policies with the following Key functions, accountabilities and related duties/tasks:
- Assistance in the Management of Office Premises and Assets
- Participate in the Management of Admin related Service Contracts and the Petty Cash
- Assist in the Effective Coordination of Transport Services & Travel
- Communications & Workflow
- Calendar/Meetings/Correspondence Management
- Events/Logistics
- Budget Preparation and Invoice Processing
