How can you make a difference?

Purpose for the job:

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Associate and the guidance of the Operations Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for executing a wide variety of routine tasks for the Bauchi Field Office. The Administrative Assistant is accountable for communications, operational, and support services to enhance the smooth running of the team and its workflow.

  1. Communications & Workflow
  2. Calendar/Meetings/Correspondence Management
  3. Events/Logistics
  4. Travel arrangement
  5. Invoice Processing
  6. Supplies/Equipment and Premise Maintenance
  7. Maintains and updates a system which monitors the absence of staff.
