You have:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with diploma or specialization in finance topic
Advanced proficiency in English
Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
Accounting software packages (Preferably ABW)
4 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in a non-profit environment
Not-for-profit accounting specialization
Application of IFRS
Budget development and management specialization
Statistical methods and analysis specialization
Audit and Taxation specialization
