You have:

The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is located in the Regional Executive Office/Human Resources Division (REXO/HR), USAID/Philippines (Mission). The Mission, handles one of the largest portfolios in the Agency’s Asia Bureau, managing the bilateral programs in the Philippines and Mongolia, providing support to the regional Mission in the Pacific Islands in Fiji, USAID Country Office in Papua New Guinea, Development Cooperation Offices in Japan, Korea, and Australia, and to the two Operating Units based in the Philippines: the Office of the Inspector General Regional Office in Asia (OIG/Asia) and the Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA).
The REXO/HRD performs a full range of Human Resources services to a total of thirteen (13) Operating Units (OUs) across eleven 11 countries. The team currently provides support to a total workforce of 254, projected to increase to 300 due to the expanding programs in the Philippines and in the Pacific Islands countries.
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of Human Resources (HR) activities to USAID/Philippines and client Operating Units, with key responsibilities on position classification, American personnel portfolio, personal services contract administration, end-to-end recruitment for Personal Services Contract (PSC) positions, and records management. The Assistant provides advice and technical guidance on human resources matters and performs a variety of administrative personnel functions. S/he reports to the Supervisory Human Resources Specialist.
