Overview

Execute design and development of interoperability and reporting modules.

You have:

  • High School diploma is required.
  • A first degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related field is desirable.
  • Programming skills in JavaScript, the PostgreSQL database, and the Vue.js framework is desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in areas related to IT and/or systems development is required.
  • Knowledge in data integration and/or information security and/or project management and/or business intelligence is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish, including oral and written proficiency, is required.
  • Knowledge of another United Nations language is an advantage.

Result of Service

Output 1: Design and architecture of interoperability, reporting, and statistics modules. • Proposed technical architecture. • Interface design. • Integration services and protocols. • Data exchange rules. • Security model. • Test plan. Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the project coordinator, the Individual Contractor will carry out the following tasks: a) Gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements with user departments. b) Design of module architecture (interoperability, reports, and statistics), including data flows, integration, and information structure. c) Identification and standardization of data sources, structures, and exchange protocols (web services, APIs, data formats). d) Development and implementation of web services for interoperability, ensuring automated information exchange. e) Implementation of information security mechanisms (authentication, authorization, encryption, and access control). f) Integration of the modules with the SIIB database, ensuring the consistency, integrity, and availability of the information. g) Development of functionalities for generating dynamic, customizable reports that can be exported in multiple formats. h) Design and implementation of data processes for generating statistics. i) Implementation of dashboards with indicators, metrics, and trend analysis. j) Execution of tests (functionality, integration, performance, and security), validation of results, and preparation of technical documentation and user training.
