Coordinate and manage the implementation of RESET activities in Beni.
You have:
- At least five years of field experience within an international NGO in management or program coordination roles, ideally in consortiums.
- At least four years of experience in the same position.
- At least one year of experience in peace and governance and/or stabilization.
- Proven experience in developing and tracking progress against work plans and budgets.
- Proven experience collaborating with partners to ensure harmonious implementation.
- Proactive attitude oriented towards finding solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify potential delays and/or risks proactively and respond appropriately.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Explorer, Outlook) and database management.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in French (English also preferred).
