Overview
Strengthen youth portfolio and develop innovative strategies for empowerment.
You have:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in project management or other relevant programmes.
- Experience with youth employability in youth skilling and upskilling with UN or other international development organization.
- Experience of the Djibouti youth national context, particularly with young people.
- Working experience with governments, donors, nongovernmental organizations and international development organizations preferable.
- Advanced computer skills, including word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel) and data management programmes.
- Fluency in French and English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
- Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, reporting skills; Accuracy and professionalism in document production and editing.
Contract
This is a UNV National Youth contract. This kind of contract is known as National UN Volunteer. It is normally only for nationals. More about UNV National Youth contracts.
