You have:
- Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, or social work; motorbike driving license
- At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation, preferably with international humanitarian organizations
- Vietnamese: Fully fluent. English: Intermediate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Strong partnering and collaborating skills with different stakeholders
- A conceptual understanding of and commitment to development work, especially child-focused, community-based development concepts, approaches, and processes

Key Responsibilities:
1, As the AP Development Facilitator, you will: • Serve as a catalyst and partnership builder to enhance the well-being of children and their families. • Manage technical projects (including community engagement and sponsorship, child participation and protection, most vulnerable children (MVC) inclusion, micro projects, sponsorship integration, and Humanitarian Emergency Affairs and Disaster Risk Reduction (HEA-DRR)) within assigned communes, and advocate for sustainable well- being of children especially the most vulnerable children. 2, This role is for you if you have: • Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, or social work; motorbike driving license • At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation, preferably with international humanitarian organizations. • Language requirement: Vietnamese: Fully fluent.
