Overview
Manage WPE programming and support staff in implementation of activities.
You have:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Social Science, Public Health, Humanities or others related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in INGOs in implementing community-based activities and managing teams
- Strong desire to work with women and girls and effectively address the issues they face in Rakhine State
- Excellent community facilitation skills
- Basic written and spoken English and report writing skills
- Ability to work and travel in remote areas
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Strength in organizing work, coordinating multiple tasks under pressure
