Overview

Provide case management and support to at-risk women and girls.

You have:

  • Higher education (master's degree) in social work or other social sciences, psychology and law, as well as relevant work experience in the humanitarian field (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience with providing direct support (PFA, basic counselling, case management, PSS) with women and girls, including survivors of GBV; previous training in these areas strongly preferred.
  • Experience facilitating group activities, trainings and workshops and mentoring others.
  • Ukrainian is required, candidates with English language skills will have an advantage.
  • Clear understanding and interest in the well-being of women and girls and supporting their healing after the experience of violence.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies when needed and support WPE team in providing any kind of support and distributing kits when needed.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Strong level of computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
