UNDP provides technical assistance within the framework of the UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) which is fully aligned with Liberia’s National development Agenda. UNDP Liberia is looking for a creative and committed online volunteers to support UNDP ’s A service with preparation of the website under the EC-UNDP Joint task-force for electoral assistance.

We are seeking the help of 4 online volunteers to help us with preparation of the website under the EC-UNDP Joint taskforce for electoral assistance with the following tasks:

•Review the UNDP Liberia and National Elections Commission of Liberia website and social media pages (mainly Facebook) between September 2020 and now and identify and submit to us a relevant content that can be fed into the JTF website as per provided template (relevant links with description to be included on the JTF website). •Review quarterly and annual reports submitted by the Project between 2020 and now and develop a two-page fact-sheets with pictures (to be provided) for each quarter to be included in the website (10 fact sheets in total) •Monthly basis (onwards): •Support project in developing a monthly factsheet on project activities (three fact sheets during the duration of the assignment) •Support the project in developing content for the website (articles, description, pictures) •Support the project in developing social media messages and infographics to be shared on JTF website and social media accounts promoting UNDP Liberia and Project activities .

• 3-4 years social media and at least a basic graphic design experience to develop fact sheets • Previous experience with online ICT Background • Innovative • Knowledge of donor visibility aspects would be advantage.
