WBG Pioneers, the World Bank Group’s Internship Program, offers undergraduate and postgraduate students a high impact learning experience at the heart of global development. Participants gain hands on experience in a diverse and dynamic environment, contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, and connect with international professionals working to end poverty on a livable planet.
The Human Resources Executive Recruitment Unit (HRDER) supports the World Bank Group by managing executive-level hiring, including batch recruitments and appointments such as WBG Country Managers etc. The unit provides guidance on salary reviews, offers recruitment advisory services to clients and HRBPs, and leads executive search and sourcing efforts to identify and attract top talent.
What you will be doing?
•Conduct data analytics to support team decision-making and reporting.
•Assist in aligning recruitment processes with established guidelines and contribute to policy reviews.
•Provide support on various project-related tasks as needed.
•Contribute to recruitment pipeline management and sourcing activities to identify potential candidates.
•Prepare presentations and reports for internal team use and for clients.
