Ce poste a pour objectif de contribuer à la mise en œuvre des projets avec des compétences techniques spécifiques. Ce poste n'impliquera normalement pas la responsabilité de la gestion du personnel, mais dans certaines circonstances, le poste peut demander l’appui technique d’un certain nombre de staffs au niveau d'assistant.
