Volunteer Event Organization support

Frontier Tech Leaders Programme is looking for community volunteers who are expected to organize events for the young talents in one or several of the LDCs such as Djibouti, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Chad, Angola, Benin, Yemen, Sierra Leone, Sudan etc. The event organization volunteer is expected to help reach out to the young talents to expand FTL community and work in collaboration with the FTL training team.

The event organization volunteer is expected to

1. Organize minimum 3 events online

2. Support the FTL community by communicating with the members via Discord and other channels.

3. Work in collaboration with the FTL training team

4. Minimum a 3rd or 4th year student, ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science in a relevant field; but all fields will be considered.

5. Tech community experience.

6. Experience in tools such as: Discord, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office and Coursera.

7. Strong communication skills.

8. Strong verbal and written English skills.

9. Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence knowledge is an asset.
