Overview

Manage implementation of volunteering program in collaboration with partners and volunteers.

You have:

• Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Development Planning, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in community development program or leading volunteering activities.
• Extensive knowledge in community development or community economic empowerment.
• Having experiences in communication and/or coordination with sub-national government bodies, development partners, and communities.
• Strong report formulation skill and data analysis.
• Familiar with community economic empowerment approach.
• Having experiences in project management and implementation.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including MS Office, email, and internet.
• Good knowledge in mangrove intervention program is beneficial.
• Having experiences in working with NGO is a plus.

Since 1998, Wahana Visi Indonesia has carried out various community development programs focusing on children. Hundred thousands of children in Indonesia have been benefited from WVI’s accompaniment program. Wahana Visi Indonesia is a trusted partner of World Vision International.

Key Responsibilities:

Hyundai JUMP Global, partner of Hyundai Motor Global together with Wahana Visi Indonesia through Hyundai JUMP School Indonesia. This program is implemented in Jakarta and Bandung (2nd phase) and do the partnership with education institution, university, community, local NGOs

and orphanage. The main activities are to managing implementation of volunteering program together with project coordinator give supporting to Project Manager. Volunteer Coordinator will generally responsible for overall project implementation and coordination with all volunteers. In technical scope, he/she will be directly contacting with children and or partners including institutions.

The Qualifications :

• ### Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Development Planning, or other relevant fields.
• ### Minimum 3 years of experiences in community development program or leading volunteering activities.
