La RCA présente l’un des taux de mortalité maternelle les plus élevés (829/100 000 naissances vivantes) et l’un des taux de mortalité infantile les plus élevés (99–116/1 000 enfants de moins de 5 ans). Les barrières financières, l’éloignement des structures sanitaires et la fragilité du système de santé compromettent gravement la santé maternelle et néonatale. Le programme propose une approche multisectorielle intégrée sur 36 mois, incluant des transferts monétaires, la nutrition, la parentalité positive, l’enregistrement des naissances et l’appui aux agents de santé communautaires.
• Concevoir et produire une vidéo professionnelle et captivante, conforme aux standards UNICEF pour les bailleurs. • Format : 3 à 5 minutes, bilingue (FR/EN), avec infographies animées et témoignages. • Contenu : mise en avant du contexte sanitaire critique, de l’approche multisectorielle proposée et des impacts attendus. • Livrables : storyboard, montage final, version sous-titrée.
