The assignments will be supporting the soft launching of the National Conference for Innovation with Economics Planning Unit (EPU) from the Prime Minister's Department of Malaysia Government. The soft launch of the event is scheduled for 24th March with the aim to promote the official event of a 2-days conference in June 2022. The national conference objective is to bring together multiple stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem to accelerate Malaysia's capacity to commercialize the results of our research and development efforts and extend the benefits of innovation to wider communities. The national conference will also produce a publication titled 'Malaysia Innovates' to document innovative solutions across Malaysia, especially in the context of COVID-19 and the looming financial crisis. We are looking for TWO creative and motivated online volunteers to support our team with producing one montage video to be used in the soft launching of the National Innovation Conference co-organized by UNDP Malaysia and the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) under the Prime Minister's Department. In consultation with the event coordinator (UNDP) and project owner (EPU), the online volunteers will be asked to produce a 1.5 minutes high-quality video montage to promote the official event in June 2022 and to feature local innovations and innovators. We will provide the raw footage and branding of our organization, as well as guidance on how we would like the final video to look like. All volunteer contributions will be credited.

Candidates should have good video editing skills, as well as access to necessary video editing programmes (e.g. Adobe Premiere). Please include examples of previous related work eg. a link to videos made in your application.
