Result of Service Timely and quality-driven contributions to the implementation of the following outputs:

- Development of the training material (based on training material provided by Sustainable Hospitality Alliance) for the GTPI measurement methodology and reporting platform. - Development of promotion materials for the use of the measurement methodology (particularly targeting large accommodation companies) as well as of other tools related to circularity. - Organization of series of online trainings and /or bilateral meetings to provide assistance to the tourism businesses with use of the measurement methodology and reporting platform. Trainings would be targeting groups of various stakeholders (collective) as well as individual companies. - Development of a template for the annual report; the report will be presenting aggregating and analysed data collected from different stakeholder groups of tourism stakeholders (accommodation, cruise lines, tour operators, supporting organizations, suppliers and destinations) as well as highlights of results of some individual companies (6-8 examples). - Organization of series of online trainings and/or bilateral meetings to provide assistance to the tourism businesses with use of the measurement methodology and reporting platform. Trainings would be targeting groups of various stakeholders (collective) as well as individual companies. - Analysis of the reporting data that was collected in course of the reporting period and submission of the draft 2022 GTPI progress report.

Expected duration 3.5 months

Duties and Responsibilities Support collection and analysis of data within the framework of the GTPI tourism stakeholder’s reporting - Organization of series of online trainings to provide assistance to the tourism businesses with use of the measurement and reporting methodology and platform. Trainings would be both targeting groups of various stakeholders (collective) as well as individual companies. - Development of promotion materials for the use of the measurement methodology (particularly targeting large accommodation companies) as well as of other tools related to circularity - Development of the template for the 2022 progress report, including for individual profiles of large companies. - Analysis of the reporting data (including data verification) that was collected in course of the reporting period and submission of the draft 2022 GTPI progress report.

Qualifications/special skills Advanced university degree in one of the following areas: business administration, international relations, environmental engineering or management with a focus on sustainable development or environmental policy. A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, of which at least 1 at international level, with direct experience with businesses, writing strong communication materials, and/or project management and administration, including coordination; Good technical understanding of sound business sustainability practices, sustainable consumption and production (SCP) issues, application of SCP in business and policy sector, and experience or good understanding of the developing countries context; Project management, planning and organization skills; Knowledge of the UN system is an advantage; Excellent communication skills, including good written ability to craft and deliver messages in an articulate manner

Languages Knowledge of English is required. Other UN languages, especially French or Italien would be an advantage.
