Purpose of the Position

Under the close supervision and guidance of the Marketing Specialist – Direct Marketing (NOC), supports the respective section through providing a range of procedural, administrative, operational support in developing, implementing, executing and monitoring the Individuals PSFR Work plan, ensuring timely and effective delivery that is consistent with UNICEF rules and regulations.

Key Accountabilities and Duties & Tasks

Summary of key functions/accountabilities:

1. The budget implementation is properly administered in the area of administrative management and services.

2. All administrative transactions and arrangements of contracts meet the requirements as stipulated and are in compliance with the applicable policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

3. Appropriate and consistent interpretation and application of administrative policy and procedures timely implemented to support direct marketing campaigns.

4. Any other assigned administrative support responsibilities and services are effectively carried out and delivered.

5. Effective coordination and collaboration with the MMRR Team to promote personal interaction and the implementation of a relationship plan.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative or clerical work experience is required.

Language Requirements: Fluency in Spanish is required. Working knowledge of English is consider an asset. Knowledge of another UN language is considered as an asset.

Education: Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work.
