Join the Treasurers' Roundtable as an intern and support treasury leaders.

You have:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or F-1 student visa holder with valid work authorization) and possess a valid U.S. Social Security Number.
  • Able to commit to at least 24 hours per week for the entire internship period: 1 June – 28 August 2026.
  • Current student or recent graduate from an undergraduate/graduate programme (within 2 years).
  • Adhere to World Vision International’s Christian Statement of Faith.
  • Willingness to use own electronic devices for internship purposes, and disposition to let WVI install endpoint security software in those devices.

Internship Opportunity

Join World Vision’s Treasurers Roundtable team as a remote intern and support a global community of treasury leaders from mission‑driven organizations. The Treasurers Roundtable helps organizations address treasury challenges, safeguard donor funds, and uphold the highest fiduciary standards to maximize community impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event coordination, organization, and behind‑the‑scenes logistics. As an intern, you’ll support conference planning, digital content updates, data tracking, and onsite event execution.

What You'll Do

  • Website & Graphics Updates: Collaborate with the Treasurers Roundtable team to update and maintain event‑related graphics and content on the website.
  • Conference Document Support: Assist with creating, formatting, and organizing conference materials such as the conference book, agendas, and name tags.
  • Registration Tracking: Monitor event registrations and provide timely updates and reports to support planning and decision‑making.
  • CRM Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate attendee and contact information in the CRM system to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Onsite Event Support: Provide hands‑on assistance during events, including setup, registration support, attendee assistance, and basic troubleshooting.

Preferred:

  • Event or Administrative Experience: Prior experience supporting events, conferences, student organizations, or administrative projects.
  • Marketing or Communications Exposure: Experience working with digital content, basic design tools, or websites.
  • Data Management Interest: Comfort working with lists, registrations, or databases, and an appreciation for data accuracy.

  • Location: Remote within the US. You must be physically located in one of the following states where WVI is registered as an employer: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia (Washington D.C.), Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
  • Appropriate Fields of Study/Majors: Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Business, Business, Nonprofit Management, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, International Development.
  • Internship Cohort Dates: 1 June – 28 August 2026
  • Stipend: This internship is unpaid, but all US-based interns receive a monthly stipend of $800.
  • Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available (24-40 hours/week).
