OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Les CSUs ont ete instaures dans la structure organisationnelle de l'OMS pour apporter un appui aux responsables de programmes et aux staffs, dans le but de leur permettre d'assumer entierement leurs responsabilites dans l'environnement du GSM et egalement assurer le respect des textes, principes et procedures de l'OMS, dans toutes les transactions administratives et financieres et tout type de transaction dans le contexte du nouveau systeme ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Assurer la liaison avec les services de l'aeroport et des douanes d'une part, avec les fonctionnaires du Ministere des affaires etrangeres d'autre part, et organiser l'accueil des visiteurs de l'OMS. Aider aux formalites d'immigration et au transport. Aider au traitement des passeports, des visas avec le Ministere des affaires etrangeres, les ambassades, entre autres, et obtenir les autorisations pour les voyages en dehors du lieu d'affectation. Aider les membres du personnel a obtenir un dedouanement lorsqu'ils quittent l'Organisation a l'expiration de leur engagement. Assister les membres du personnel et les membres de leurs familles a l'aeroport lors du recrutement initial du fonctionnaire. Traiter les demandes d'obtention de documents d'identification requis pour le pays d'affectation. Il s'agit notamment des permis de sejour et des visas qui s'obtiennent aupres du Ministere des affaires etrangeres et des services de l'immigration. Collaborer avec les agents des transports concernant le transport du personnel et des consultants de l'aeroport vers les hotels et inversement.Executer toute autre tache qui pourrait lui etre confiee par le superieur hierarchique.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Cycle secondaire complet suivi d'une formation aux pratiques administratives generales avec un accent sur la logistique, le protocole et les pratiques, theories et procedures des voyages. Une formation dans le domaine de la logistique, des fournitures/achats et des voyages serait un atout. Desirable: Diplome en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe.

Experience

Essential: Au moins six annees d'experience connexe dans le domaine des voyages et du protocole. Desirable: Une experience aux Nations Unies avec une bonne connaissance de ses regles, reglementations, procedures et pratiques onusiennes relatives a son travail. Une experience dans d'autres domaines tels que l'administration serait un atout.

Skills

Une bonne connaissance du secteur touristique et des secteurs connexes. Une capacite a bien connaitre les regles, reglements et procedures de l'OMS. Une capacite a etablir et a maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec des personnes de differents niveaux et de nationalites differentes.De bonnes competences en matiere de communication, de redaction et d'etablissement de rapports.

Use of Language Skills

Essential: Expert knowledge of French. Desirable: Intermediate knowledge of English.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at DZD 1,633,803 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
