The Video is currently available in the French language, and we would like to make it available to the public and other agencies whose working language is Arabic or English. The Video’s aim is to create awareness on equal ease of access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision-making; and the state of valuing different behaviors, aspirations and needs equally, regardless of gender.
UNODC Sahel Programme is looking for an expert translator to translate a gender equality Video of five minutes from French to Arabic and English.
Good in Arabic and English, Deep understanding of Gender Equality and the empowerment of women. -Professional experience as a translator and/or translation studies are highly appreciated. -Interest in youth and gender activities/or youth empowerment is a plus.
