This is a UNV contract. More about UNV contracts.

As the world of education continues to evolve, the need for flexible, adaptive, and innovative teaching methods has never been more critical. UNICEF's Learning Passport program is at the forefront of this transformation, offering a comprehensive digital learning platform designed to support educators and students globally. To further aid teachers in navigating this new landscape, we are excited to introduce the Blended Learning Handbook Teacher Training Courses.

The Blended Learning Handbook Teacher Training Courses are a practical training that provides educators with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to effectively integrate digital learning into physical classroom settings. Designed for teachers of all subjects and age groups, the handbook is an invaluable resource for those looking to enhance their teaching practices with blended learning techniques. We would like to make this training accessible to all French speakers and support educators in their teaching methods.

We are seeking 2 Online Volunteers to support us by translating Online Courses on Teacher Training from English to French. To this end the Online Volunteers are asked: - To translate the courses, which is to translate the document, which is 8,000 words into French. - Ensure the translation is concise, in line with our communications guidelines, and fits the audience

The selected Online Volunteers will be provided with the document in the original language and will receive guidance on the target audience and our communications guidelines as well as other guidance as needed.

The Online Volunteers will have the opportunity to build connections with the UNICEF and learn about the ways in which the translated product contributes to our mission and objectives.

Candidates should be fluent in French and fluent in English. Familiarity with technical terms related to Elearning will be considered an advantage. Previous translation experience is considered an asset.

Experience using Articulate Rise is highly preferred. (alternative e-learning authoring tool/platform experience also ok)
