Overview
Manage training and community engagement for the Play Matters project.
You have:
- MA/BA degree from an accredited university in education, curriculum development, or related field.
- Four years of relevant experience for the first degree and/or three years of relevant experience for post-graduate degree.
- 3-4 years of progressive managerial experience in providing training to different groups in the education sector, project management, and implementation.
- Proven track record of engaging with government stakeholders, systems, and structure.
- Strong creative/interactive training skills.
- Strong supervision, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time.
- Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional global team structure.
- Experience in teaching in ECD and/or Primary School is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language is advantageous as well as, an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications.
