You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, freelancing, social media management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring or coaching youth, women or marginalized groups.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning and participatory facilitation methodologies.
  • Sound understanding of gender-sensitive and inclusive approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, monitoring, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong command of Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace and AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Excellent Bangla communication skills combined with strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to write reports in both Bangla and English and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Professional certifications from Google, Meta, or recognized training institutions in digital marketing, freelancing, AI tools, content creation, or e-commerce.
  • Active portfolio and demonstrated success on global freelancing platforms.

Project Background Pathways to Prosperity: Empowering Young Women for Decent Work and Economic Agency is a 24-month, multi-country project. The project aims to strengthen the economic resilience of disadvantaged young women in Bangladesh, through market-relevant skills development, digital and vocational training, job placement, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and gender-transformative approaches that address structural barriers and restrictive social norms.

The project emphasizes on bridging the digital divide and promote economic empowerment by equipping young women with location-independent digital skills, professional competencies, and resilience required to participate successfully in the digital economy and global freelance marketplaces.

The Opportunity The Trainer - Freelancing & Digital Skills Specialist will lead the design and delivery of high-quality digital skills and freelancing training for young women and NEET youth. The role will equip participants with market-relevant digital competencies, strengthen confidence and resilience, and support their transition to sustainable income generation through freelancing, entrepreneurship, and remote work opportunities.

Essential Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in related discipline from a recognized university. • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, freelancing, social media management or related fields. • Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring or coaching youth, women or marginalized groups. • Strong knowledge of adult learning and participatory facilitation methodologies, with the ability to coach and mentor young women and disadvantaged youth toward successful participation in the digital economy. • Sound understanding of gender-sensitive and inclusive approaches. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide learner-centred support through effective problem-solving and guidance. • Strong organizational, monitoring, documentation, and reporting skills to ensure high-quality training delivery, learner progress tracking, and effective project implementation. • Strong command of Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace and AI-assisted productivity tools. • Excellent Bangla communication skills combined with strong written and spoken English, facilitating international client communication. • Ability to write reports in both Bangla and English and analyze data to support decision-making.

Desirable Qualifications (Added Advantage) • Professional certifications from Google, Meta, or recognized training institutions in digital marketing, freelancing, AI tools, content creation, or e-commerce. • Active portfolio and demonstrated success on global freelancing platforms.
