Le bureau doit chaque année communiquer sur ses actions dans le cadre de sa mission. C'est ainsi que le rapport annuel est préparé et distribué aux partenaires, à la société civile, aux communautés bénéficiaires. Le bureau couvrant aussi des pays lusophones, une version portugaise du rapport doit est mise à disposition pour une meilleure visibilité des actions menées.
Le bureau régional de l'UNESCO a rédigé un rapport annuel en faveur de ses partenaires. Le/la volontaire en ligne devra faire une bonne traduction en portugais du rapport annuel de l'UNESCO Dakar (50p). Le/la volontaire en ligne recevra le rapport par email et recevra tous les crédits relatifs à la collaboration si elle est fructueuse. La traduction sera terminée au plus tard le 1er novembre 2025
Le/la volontaire devra avoir une très bonne maîtrise de la traduction du français vers le portugais et connaître les terminologies utilisées au niveau les agences du système des Nations Unies.
