Le bureau doit chaque année communiquer sur ses actions dans le cadre de sa mission. C'est ainsi que le rapport annuel est préparé et distribué aux partenaires, à la société civile, aux communautés bénéficiaires. Le bureau couvrant aussi des pays anglophones, une version anglaise du rapport doit est mise à disposition pour une meilleure visibilité des actions menées.
Le bureau régional de l'UNESCO a rédigé un rapport annuel en faveur de ses partenaires. Les volontaires en ligne devra faire une bonne traduction en anglais du rapport annuel de l'UNESCO Dakar (50p). Les volontaires en ligne recevront le rapport par email et recevra tous les crédits relatifs à la collaboration si elle est fructueuse. La traduction sera terminée au plus tard le 1er novembre 2025
Le/la volontaire devra avoir une très bonne maîtrise de la traduction du français vers l'anglais et connaître les terminologies utilisées au niveau les agences du système des Nations Unies.
