The UNV Strategic Framework (UNV SF) 2018-2021 seeks to leverage the power of volunteerism and volunteers as a means of implementation and people engagement for attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals. To this end, the UNV SF focuses on two main outcomes and on institutional effectiveness. Outcome 1: The efforts of Member States to deliver on the 2030 Agenda are supported through volunteerism as an effective means of implementation and people engagement. Outcome 2: The United Nations system is supported to deliver on the 2030 Agenda through the engagement of UN-Volunteers and the integration of volunteerism. The 2030 Agenda recognizes volunteer groups as key stakeholders to achieve the 17 goals. We should understand what actions could be voluntary done globally to deliver the 2030 Agenda and how volunteerism may be implemented beyond 2030. As global world changes there is a need to reimage volunteerism and adapt new mechanisms of volunteer engagement in the countries. There is a necessity to extract ideas from ready papers and suggest a proposal on global events for further promotion, recognition and facilitation of volunteerism.
