Support the implementation of activities to strengthen technical and organizational capacities of ecosystem actors.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, psychology, social work, sociology, economics, law, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum professional experience with vulnerable Colombian youth and/or migrant populations.
- Experience in liaising with public, private, and community-based organizations.
- Knowledge and experience in economic recovery and livelihood processes for youth, migrants, returnees, and host communities.
- Knowledge of the intervention territory.
- Knowledge of labor intermediation services and orientation processes for youth.
- Knowledge in data management, Excel, dashboards, and other data analysis and presentation mechanisms.
