Manage eligible cases from reception to closure according to established protocols.
You have:
- Professional, university student in sixth semester or above, technician or technologist in social work, psychology, sociology, or related fields
- Minimum two years of related experience in case management preferably in humanitarian organizations
- Preferably with prior experience in community work or with vulnerable populations
- Preferable experience in writing reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Docs and Google Drive
- Desirable experience using tools like Commcare and Kobo
- Knowledge of the subregion of Medellín and the metropolitan area and preferably the migration phenomenon
- Preferably knowledge of Sphere standards and other training in humanitarian response
- Availability to travel and support activities in other areas of the country, if necessary
