Manage eligible cases for intervention within the program from reception to closure.
You have:
- Professional, university student from VI semester onwards, technician or technologist in social work, psychology, sociology, among others.
- Minimum two years of related experience in case management, preferably in humanitarian organizations.
- Preferably with previous experience in community work or with vulnerable populations.
- Recommended, experience in report writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems and programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Docs and Google Drive.
- Desirable experience in using tools such as Commcare and Kobo.
- Knowledge of the subregion of Medellín and metropolitan area and, if possible, of the migratory phenomenon.
- Preferably have knowledge of Sphere standards and other training in humanitarian response.
