UNICEF Jakarta is looking for accountable for providing technical support for programmes with the implementation of UNICEF innovation tools, including RapidPro, ONA and Primero, to gather real-time information among duty bearers and right holders and inform adjustments of program needs to achieve better results for children.

How can you make a difference?

  1. Identify and implement appropriate and effective T4D and digital interventions that help achieve results for children
  2. Establish and maintain strategic Partnerships for Digital Innovation for children at national, regional and global level
  3. Capture learning and experiences
  4. Work with government and other partners to strengthen their capacity

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • A bachelor’s degree in one of the disciplines relevant to the following areas: Information systems management, Data Science, International Development or related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • Experience identifying, designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects with technical components is desirable. Additional years of experience above the minimum requirement is an advantage.
  • Experience with ICT hardware, mobile phones in Indonesia. Experience with web-based technologies including the database.
  • Experience in Open Source, mobile and emerging technology applied to public health is a requirement.
  • Exposure to UNICEF programmatic areas including health, nutrition, WASH, communication, child protection and education is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
