You have:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with digital technology solutions.
  • Ability to work in a child-focused organization and adhere to safeguarding policies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating customer experience.
  • Willingness to work in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
  • Ability to provide technical support for digital systems.
  • Fluency in English and local languages of Lesotho is preferred.

The Customer Support Analysts will provide support, monitoring and management of digital technology solutions across World Vision Lesotho for effective and efficient systems and customer experience.
