Purpose

As a Technical Worker, you will work closely with the Administration Department and provide essential technical support to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, identifying technical issues, and implementing appropriate solutions in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.

Accountabilities & functional responsibilities

  • Report to the Premises and Maintenance Supervisor on the on-going maintenance activities and propose improvements.
  • Maintain and perform to repair electricity network of the delegation and residences (short circuits, fuses, lamps, cables, etc.)
  • Repair electrical devices (switch, socket, breaker and change over fitting).
  • Check and service all the transformers in the delegation as well as in the residences.
  • Repair and fit household electrical equipment (boiling Kettle, halogen lamp, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc.).
  • Maintain and perform to repair water supply system of the delegation and residences.
  • Check and repair air-con accessories (remote control, indoor and outdoor unit).
  • Make inventory list for delegation offices and residences and stock and balance of the maintenance properties.
  • Assist supervisor daily worker and external team to finish the jobs in due time.
