Contract

This is a Consultancy contract. More about Consultancy contracts.

UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.

For every child, a connected world

The overarching strategic goal of UNICEF’s ICT Division (ICTD) is to transform and build partnerships with our stakeholders to successfully implement UNICEF programmes globally through the use of innovative technology-enabled solutions.

The Supporter Engagement Strategy (SES) Digital Platform consists of Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, Power BI and other third-party technologies which will become available for adoption and localization by UNICEF fundraising markets. SES will complement the work in the Digital Revenue Strategy (DRS), with SES delivering the critical functionality to our fundraising and marketing technology.

The Digital Platform includes core digital fundraising, analytics and digital engagement capabilities that are universal across all UNICEF fundraising markets, with Salesforce at the core of the architecture.

The Digital Platform is developed with enterprise architecture as the core principle to enable scalability and localization flexibility to the fundraising markets. The SES Digital Platform provides a set of enablers worldwide to offer a new and improved experience to prospective donors and existing individual supporters through tailored communication and exciting donor journeys with UNICEF.

Continuous growth, implementation, maintenance and support of the SES Digital Platform must be managed to successfully meet the need of stakeholders. A fundraising market leverages the SES Digital Platform (Regional) as the blueprint and localize it with functions unique to the market such as a payment gateway. These localization changes of the market will be done by a regional Salesforce implementing partner and/or third-party vendor. These market specific changes will consolidate back to the SES Digital Platform of the region.

Effective and practical standardization and governance must be implemented.
