Overview

Provide technical expertise for oxygen system planning and implementation.

You have:

High preference for a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in clinical/biomedical engineering or another engineering or closely related field with experience in global health.
Candidates should have at least 7–10 years of relevant experience in developing countries, encompassing both engineering aspects and business aspects.
Proficiency with quality management systems for medical devices is essential, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards of IMDRF countries.
The role requires a quick grasp of new contexts and considerations for planning for medical oxygen scale-up.
Experience working dynamically with a diverse array of stakeholders, including external agencies, government entities, health ministries, and private sector.
Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, accommodate diverse perspectives, and present them effectively to various audiences.
Strong capability in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting swiftly to solve intricate problems, and maintaining focus under multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to engage with senior leaders and external parties effectively, fostering consensus, communicating progress and challenges proactively.
An entrepreneurial approach is key, including the capacity to work autonomously, self-motivate, and initiate innovative projects.
A robust inclination to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural setting is important.
Competence to perform well under pressure, handle competing demands, and rapidly assimilate and apply vast amounts of information.
Knowledge of global health systems, and experience with project execution in the context of developing countries, will be essential.
Humility in collaborations with all stakeholders, particularly the Ministry of Health.
