Face-to-face fundraising has been identified as a central technique for pledge acquisition and the office has secured significant growth of pledge income through this channel in the last three years. The plan for the further growth is based on the opportunities enabled through a larger and stronger team of individual contractors engaged in face to face fundraising (‘facers’) who could be engaged in more locations in Belgrade and Novi Sad.

As of January 2020, UNICEF in Serbia engages 50 individual contractors in face to face fundraising activities, and the plan is to have up to 60 contractors.
