OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

L'acquisition des biens inventoriables de l'Organisation mondiale de la sante implique la gestion et le suivi des«Fixed Assets» (les biens immobilises) du Bureau de la Representation de l'OMS en RDC. Le Bureau de la Representation de l'OMS en RDC est responsable de la bonne gestion des biens inventoriables

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Sous la supervision generale du Representant de l'OMS en RDC et la supervision directe de OO (ou Logistics Officer). Le titulaire du poste est charge d'executer les taches ci-apres : 1. Enregistrer tous les biens (Fixed Assets) nouvellement acquis dans GSM et faire la mise a jour periodique de l'inventaire dans le systeme GSM. 2. Maintenir et faire le suivi de la base de donnees de l'inventaire. Assurer le controle de la qualite et de l'exactitude des informations dans la base de donnees. 2. Receptionner les biens du Bureau de pays (y compris les sous-bureaux). 4. Faire l'inventaire physique annuel des biens et articles au Bureau pays et dans les sous-bureaux; faire la saisie ou creation dans la base des donnees des biens et articles recenses; suivre le mouvement des biens et articles inventoriables, et faire la mise a jour des donnees. Preparer le rapport d'inventaire global et soumettre au Bureau regional dans les delais. 6. Faire le suivi des bons de commandes internationales et locales avec l'equipe de Procurement; verifier la conformite des articles par rapport aux bons de commandes preetablis, faire la reception, l'enregistrement, le stockage et/ou la livraison des biens inventoriables; 7. Assurer la livraison des biens et articles aux utilisateurs; controler et suivre tous les mouvements des biens inventoriables au Bureau pays et dans les sous-bureaux; executer une verification periodique des articles/biens repertories sous le nom de l'utilisateur dans la base de donnees et sur les fiches d'inventaire individuel. Faire signer les fiches d'inventaire individuelles. 8. Faire l'inventaire physique et la recuperation des biens affectes aux membres du personnel lors de leur depart du bureau ou des sous bureaux du pays. 9. Participer a la mise a jour de l'inventaire des fixed assets en vue du renouvellement periodique de leurs polices d'assurances. 10. Preparer les listes des biens voles/perdus, obsoletes et/ou endommages, identifies pour leur reforme; et soumettre au Comite de gestion des biens (PSC) pour decision. 11. S'acquitter de toutes autres taches du Bureau selon les besoins.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Fin d'etudes secondaires suivies d'une formation en matiere d'inventaire Desirable: Formation appropriee en informatique serait un atout.

Experience

Essential: Au moins 8 ans d'experience dans un emploi similaire Desirable: Experience en inventaire dans une Organisation internationale

Skills

Connaissance des procedures et techniques modernes de codification et du materiel d'inventaire.Connaissance et comprehension approfondie d'une serie complexe de directives et des procedures administratives.Aptitude a travailler dansun environnement multiculturel et a manipuler les bases de donnees, logiciels modernes d'inventaire, de statistiques et les logiciels standards tels Word,Excel, Access

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at USD 27,185 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
