Overview
Manage cloud systems and support users globally.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of six years of relevant work experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role
- Prior experience managing cloud-based systems and Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Proficiency in cloud-based file sharing applications such as Box and managing SSO integrations with Microsoft Active Directory
- Strong expertise in administering and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2019 in both virtual and physical environments
- Experience with cloud backups, security groups, and user account management
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data integrity management for cloud systems
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools is preferred
- Exceptional analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users globally
- Able to work well in a diverse, multicultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and respect in cross-cultural settings
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, self-motivate, and propose and implement new initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, limited-structure environment
- Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and solve problems under pressure
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar cloud certification preferred
- CompTIA Security+ or other relevant IT security certifications preferred
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to absorb and synthesize a broad range of technical information effectively
- Willingness to travel if required
