Qualifications

Education

  • Être titulaire d’un Diplôme d’Étude Secondaire
  • Formation ou expériences professionnelle de niveau d’Agent de propreté et d'hygiène

  • Minimum de Deux (02) ans d’expériences professionnelle.

Responsibilities

Fonctions principales / Responsabilités

Sous la supervision générale du Supply Chain Officer en étroite collaboration avec le National Procurement & Logistics Officer de l’OIM Guinée et la supervision directe du Procurement & Logistics Assistant, le titulaire sera chargé d’assurer la propreté et l’hygiène des locaux, des ustensiles et du matériel de ménage du bureau de l’OIM et d'assister dans certaines tâches administratives générales et de ressources humaines mentionnées ci-dessous :

  1. Assurer le ménage et l’entretien régulier des locaux et veiller à ce qu'ils soient toujours propres et en bon état satisfaire vos exigences d’hygiène et d’entretien.
  2. Effectuer un nettoyage quotidien de l'enceinte tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur du bâtiment au moins deux fois par jour. A savoir le nettoyage des sols, murs et plafonds, nettoyage des vitreries, le dépoussiérage.
  3. Contrôlez l'utilisation de la pompe à eau, des toilettes et de la cuisine au bureau en s’assurant de leur fonctionnement normal que les réfugiés n'abusent pas ou n'abusent pas de ces installations.
  4. Aider les différents départements dans les tâches de bureau de base – photocopie, classement, numérisation, etc., selon les besoins de leurs superviseurs.
  5. Surveiller la fosse septique au bureau et s'assurer qu'elle ne déborde pas et informer immédiatement Admin Finance pour faciliter sa vidange lorsqu'elle est pleine à tout moment du mois au cours de l'année.
  6. Informer le Service Logistique lorsque le matériel de nettoyage est terminé et s'assurer que la demande est faite pour l'achat de matériel de nettoyage.
  7. Contrôler et gérer l'élimination des ordures au bureau
  8. Effectuer toute autre tâche qui pourrait être assignée par le Supply Chain Officer ou exercer d'autres fonctions suivant les besoins du Bureau ;
