You have:
- At least Bachelor's degree, preferably in the areas related to Economy, International Relations, Science, Journalism, and Environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in analytical function, performing reviews, drafting reports, briefs, etc using MS Publisher/other illustrating programs.
- Knowledge of the international development context.
- Deep understanding of Ukrainian context, awareness about key political and state authorities and main processes in relation to overcoming crisis caused by Russian military aggression against Ukraine.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
Contract

UNDP is establishing a dedicated Decision Support Unit (DSU) to coordinate assessments, mainly on damage and losses, internally and in collaboration with partners externally. The unit will consolidate, synthesize and share knowledge generated from assessments and establish an internal one-stop-shop for assessments, and related information e.g. Oblast profiles.
Online Volunteers will be supporting the process of Secondary Data Review: reviewing analytical products and tagging them according to the provided analytical framework.
A Secondary Data Review (SDR) then, is a research technique used to obtain information to create a clear analytical overview. An analyst undertaking an SDR takes into account multiple pieces of secondary data in order to create a coherent as possible picture on a specific topic.

The volunteer will be required to work daily (3-4 hours per day) on Secondary Data Review. in support of UNDP Ukraine's program management activities, in particular, this will require: - searching and cataloging data, publication, and analytical products on Ukraine; - reviewing identified sources and tagging documents, web pages, reports according to the provided Analytical Framework - Translating pieces of information (main messages) from Ukrainian to English and vice versa - Editing and formatting Secondary Data Review outputs - Assistance in the preparation of reports,
The Volunteers will receive detailed briefing, training and support with regard to the task.
